I am a high school student lighting designer with very basic experience. Our school's lighting board, ETC Element, has been randomly shutting off when doing my work, and it has become very difficult. I had tried unplugging and replugging the board, turning it on and off, and trying new extension cords, but none of these seem to solve the issue. Does anyone know what is wrong with my board and how to fix it? Thank you in advance.
that sounds like something that would be simpler to diagnose over the phone.
We experience several power interruptions/fluctuations a year here in central FL. So we plug our ELE2 and Monitors into a beefy UPS. This gives us time to shut the board down properly.
