Holding a cue list to the PSD

Is there anyway to make the Playback Status Display only show list 1? I'm running two lists but I don't ever want the other list to show up and just leave it to run in the background.

I tried the cue list index, but that doesn't appear to follow along with the active cue.

I'm running the light cues on list 1 and then the SM is running cue lights on list 11 and it would be much simpler if the display didn't constantly change to list 11 when I need to be viewing and editing List 1. My current workaround is a macro which quickly takes me to cue 1/* but that begins me at the top of the list and not into the active cue.

So, another request.... is there a way there could be a syntax for CUE ACTIVE ENTER?

  • We are adding a lock function to the PSD in 1.5.  There is also a third format for that display, which allows you to split the screen between two cue lists, either or both of which can be locked to a specific playback.

What are you trying to accomplish with Cue Active Enter? Currently, Go to Cue Enter will replay the active cue.  [Cue] followed by any cue attribute (such as time, follow, etc) will post the active cue (actually the selected cue, but those are often the same).

  • Awesome. That will be useful.

I was thinking Cue Active Enter could be useful in writing macros when dealing with multiple active cues in different lists. So a macro with Cue 1/Active Enter would set me up to quickly edit the cue in list one after working in another list. Probably not too important, but I think it could be useful...

    Thanks.
