Hi all,
First post here - sorry to be a stranger! We have a GIO that we purchased last year and have been using without issue for a variety of shows in our Ballroom. Recently (past few weeks) the internal touchscreens have stopped working intermittently. Sometimes a reboot fixes it, sometimes it doesn't. I believe we have the latest software downloaded but I'd have to check tomorrow when I'm in the office. Has anybody else had this issue? I've done EOS training a few times and have been able to break consoles in creative ways, so it could very well be something I've clicked or edited to make this happen.
Would love to hear everybody's feedback.
