Some older version of software had Submasters in Direct Selects, I found this quite useless as the DS object merely bumped said Sub.
My preferred use would be to post Sub [Number] to command line ready to load on faders or in use of recall from Sub [Number]
The same as most other DS objects do (post target to command line)
This would also be useful for Cue Lists
Direct Select Cue List posts Cue [Number] / [Number] to command line.
For loading and or recalling from.
