Backing up Show Files Don't Work

Question

Hey, 
 
 So I'm trying to backup all my show files. I go into the ECU, insert a thumb drive, and hit backup but it always says that there is nothing to back it up to (it doesn't recognize the thumb drive). I have tried restarting the console with the thumb drive in it, unplugging it and a lot more and nothing has made it recognize that there is a flash drive in the machine to back to. Is there something I'm missing? Do I need to have the thumb drive in a special format or something? 
 
 Also, is it possible to have two primary consoles connected to one DMX system?

Hi Anand! 
 To answer your first question, make sure your drive is formatted as FAT32. Also, be sure to wait 30 seconds after plugging in the drive before clicking on {Backup Show Archive...}

ETCnomad has a lot of network communication with the primary, a lot more than iRFR. Because of the amount of communication and because this communication fails if latency is introduced, nomad doesn't work through WiFi

If you formatted the USB drive on a Mac, make sure that it was formatted as FAT32 and used the MBR option rather than GUID.
