Hue/Sat Values on fixtures with HSB - Encoder Value and Live Table Value Mismatch

Hi All,

Bit of a minor conundrum while setting up automatic CPs for a busking file:

In live, channel 4001 Hue 0 Sat 100 enter

Live Table shows 100% sat, sat encoder shows 91.6017%

Select last record CP 901 by type enter

CP 901 now populates 91.6017% sat to encoder and 91.602% sat in Live Table

Go to Blind CP 901, select last Hue Sat recall from 4014 enter

4001 CP 901 enter, CP now populates 100% sat in Live Table but 91.6017% on encoder

So I guess my questions are:

  1. why the mismatch between encoder and live table?
  2. why does the live table change when I record that value to a CP?
  3. and why can I force the CP to 100 in blind when it won't let me record that way in Live?

Someone suggested that it was to maintain actual Hue/Sat values when copying to other fixtures that are capable of higher Sat but that logic doesn't track when copying to a fixture with a lower Sat capability at a given Hue value as it will also limit that data and the values won't match anyway.

4001 is an ETC D60 in Direct + Strobe

4014 is a Generic RGBCwWw LED

HSB is enabled in setup
