How do you open up ML Controls in the CIA in Element 2?

I'm sure this has a very simple answer I just can not figure it out.

By pressing the [ML Controls] button on the facepanel, using the Facepanel popup, the Virtual Facepanel tab (Tab 7) or with F7 on an external keyboard.
