DMX: Direct Sends

Theater closed so working with EOS software at home. I want to send a DMX value (like 128 for 50%) to a channel. Manual says Alt + A on ext kbd will give me Address/Patch. But it only gives me "Address" and I get a 'out of range' for the 128. Trying the [Address/Patch] button in live and the [Address] button in live same thing. So how am I able to send a pure DMX value to a channel. Thanks

    Sorry. My post said channel, I meant address. The // works well when I DO want to put a DMX value inot a channel. But looking at your reply and trying "Address 29 /"  As soon as enter the 2nd / (For DMX) get all in re "? - Error: Syntax Error"

    But "Address 29 @ / 128" worked well. I was surprised that in this intance it took only one "/" to bring up "DMX" and I had to use the @. But all's well that ends well and my desk notes are now faithfully updated.
