Just unpackaged an Ion today with an 1 x 20 Fader wing and 2 touchscreen monitors. I connected it all, plugged everything in and noticed I had blue "Ion" screens on the console, but nothing on the monitors. This is without turning on the rear switch. Then after turning it on, heard the fans turn on, console screens remained the same, nothing on monitors. The on/off switch on top of the console wasn't lit in any way. Tried pushing on it to turn on the console and nothing. No red led, no blue led. I just had a demo a month ago and it worked fine. Is there something I'm missing, or is there something wrong with the console right out of the box??
