Is there a way to shift a range timecode event times by x amount of seconds?

in the show control tab: Event 21 Thru 50 Time -2000 Enter will remove 20 seconds from the specified events. the time format is hh:mm:ss:ff, so 2000 means 20:00 where 20 is seconds and 00 is frames.
