I'm experimenting with Step effects and clicking in the parameter column brings up that panel normally located to the bottom left of my main screen.
Wading through manual can't find where it is described. What's it called. How dies/did it get populated. I.E> is it an aggregate of all available parameters for all the fixtures I have patched. The "Step Effect" video doesn't use it. I thought step fx were just for intensity until I started messing with this panel.
