Query preset x - channel list is empty

Question

Hi everyone, 
 brand new eos user, and here is my first question: 
 I have read other topics about this issue, but i found no solution. 
 If i query a preset to select channels in it, the error "channel list is empty" pops up. 
 Presets have data, if i recall them the fixtures take those data, i have cleared any unwanted filter, but the error continues. 
 Any advices?

Query Preset x means "select all channels that are currently set to preset x", not "select all channels that have data in preset x". 
 If you want a Query command it would be Query Can_Be Preset x, the quicker way however is Group Preset x.
