Can the ETC Element be remotely powered on via ETC Nomad?

Hi all,

I am trying to set up a MultiConsole system between an iMac with an ETC Nomad and an ETC Element so I can power the Element on and off from the iMac via the Power ON/OFF MultiConsole System commands. Currently I am able to power OFF the Element, but I cannot power it back ON even though I believe this should be possible. Can anyone tell me if there is a something I am missing?

Element is Primary and Nomad is Backup and Nomad is set to Element mode (technically Element 2 as that is the only Element option)

Remote Startup and Remote Shutdown are Enabled on both devices

They see each other on the wired network via ethernet through a router that is not connected to the internet

As stated above Power OFF works, but the Power ON does not even though the single ethernet port on the back of the Element appears to still have power when off.

I was of the understanding that if the Element had power to its ethernet port when off it would be able to receive Power ON commands. Is this incorrect or is the ETC Nomad not capable of sending this command?

Thanks for any insight.
