Password for shared folders

Question

I've shared the showarchive folder on the ion, and have tryed to open the folder on a windows machine. 
 I am prompted for a username and password. I assume the username is "ion" as that is the username on the login screen. What is the password, or where can I set it. 
 Also what is the admin password (if we're allowed to know that) thanks.
