Full ML movement through submaster

Question

Is there a possibility to get a full tilt movement of a moving light programmed to a submaster? I use the etc nomad on a Mac and Luminosus with an akai lpd8 midi controller. When I record the tilt movement on a sub and try to move it with a midi controller through Luminosus it would only move within the range from 0 to 135 or -135 to 0. So only half of the movement. Did I program the submaster the wrong way? Thanks for your help

You can't record into the submaster what value should be sent if the sub is at 0. You record what's happening with the sub at full. 
 You will have to work with the Background value to define what's happening with the sub at 0. so you would need a cue or or another sub or maybe the home value (but this will probably come back to haunt you) to set the -135.
