Looking for a bit of advice on the best way to record into groups. I have recently started at an educational institution that uses a NOMAD PC systems with a 200 odd fixture static light rig in their main theatre. I have spent the last 10 years of so on Hog and I have been trying to find an easy way to step through fixtures to record groups.
On a hog for example you would have channel 1 highlighted then hit record then group and a number to record the group. You can then hit next to move onto the next fixture. I have been trying to work out a way to do this on EOS however I have only be able to do it by using the channels i want record to group I can't use highlight and go next after recording the group.
If anyone has a way of achieving this result any help would be greatly appreciated
