Eos V3 issue where database remains open in CIA after returning to Live.

V3B389 As you can see I after returning to live the CIA held the database Tab open from the work I had being doing in the patch. I have a feeling this is a bug. I've also saved the logs.

I am unable to get my patch CIA to stick. Could you please send the logs to Eos(at)etcconnect.com referencing this post, as well as the date/time this last occurred?
