Noise from Gio@5

That sounds like the fan might be either running faster than normal or may have an issue. Do you currently have Augment3d running?

Yes, I do.  I looked inside and the fan is not spinning.

The fan will run faster when Augment3d is running and using more graphical processing. On a Gio@5 the fan generally only runs when the console has determined it needs additional cooling so it is not uncommon to not see the fan running, but if it is making that whining sound and also not running, that would indicate a hardware issue and I would recommend you get in touch with your favorite ETC dealer for a repair of that console.
