There is nothing to restore. It indicates your current cue list. you have stored a cue and EOS automatically put it into cuelist 1 if you haven't any other cuelist (yet) or haven't told eos to store it in another one.
So if you are in a blank show and record your first cue, EOS automatically stores that cue in list one, unless told otherwise.
