Bug: Shift Update

Hi

after saving the show with Shift + Update the CIA is opended and remains open.

I can't seem to make this happen on ETCnomad on a PC. Are you running on a console or a Mac by any chance? I'd like to try and reproduce in the same/similar environment.

Please fix this, this has been an issue for more than a year now. I hate having to always manually close my browser after shift+update. i usually keep it closed and this is just a massive annoyance. Running 3.1.0 B282
