I am trying to pixel map lights on the front of a house and I am having a problem where when I turn on the pixel map the image only effects a small part of the pixels I mapped. I tried to make the aspect ratio and other settings to their max and that helped a little bit but it still isn't large enough. Here is the show file if you want to play around with it.

I am not seeing that issue:
I opened your showfile, put (401) & (402) at Full, and selected File 01. The above screenshot was the result. Do you have more information about what isn't working?
The problem is you might be able to notice that the boxes aren’t filled in on the pixel map preview and therefore aren’t outputting.
What do you mean? If I change the content to a solid color, I can see output from every channel that's patched (151-184 look like they are not present in the pixel map).
It does look like there's an issue that pixel maps temporarily stop outputting after having clicked "Done" when leaving pixel map edit. So if you edit your map go ahead and turn off your layer channel then turn it back on to see output again.
