ArtNet-DMX operation doubts

A) if you want to send intensity from console 1 and pan/tilt/colors/zoom/etc from console 2, that means that the artnet/dmx converter will have to merge it, so i guess it depends on the artnet converter product if this is possible.

B) if you want to send intensity from console 1 to console 2 and then the whole information from from console 2 to the converter, then No, this doesn't work, because Eos does not accept Artnet input.

if you do version A with an ETC Net3 gateway or an ETC response gateway then yes, it will work, but you need to send sACN and not artnet.

if you do version B with sACN protocol, yes it will work because Eos can accept sACN input.

A: console 1 outputs to the ETC gateway (either DMX or sACN), console 2 outputs as well. the gateway merges both signals and outputs by DMX to the moving light.

B1: console 1 outputs sACN, console 2 reads sACN (e.g. for the intensity information), and console 2 adds the color information and then outputs everything together either by DMX to the moving light or by sACN to the gateway and from there to the moving light.

B2: console 1 outputs DMX as into the gateway (as input), the gateway converts the DMX input to sACN and sends it to console 2, which reads sACN (e.g. for intensity information), and console 2 adds the color information and then outputs everything together by DMX to the moving light or by sACN to the gateway and from there to the moving light.
