I'm lucky enough as a student to have recently had the light board changed to an Ion XE, however the setup did not include attaching the Ethernet cable between our primary Net2 node and the board, over which two universes of DMX flow. I'm struggling with what steps to take moving forward, and as a student I have access to the building intermittently.
I've managed to plug the ethernet cable in, and have proved that the ethernet cable does, at the very least, communicate something to the dimmer rack. My issue is that I have no clue, other than I need to change some settings in the console->settings->outputs to export Net2 to the node; however the specifics escape me.
Would anyone have an ordered list of steps to take or a list of tasks to solve?
