I tried to launch eos earlier today and it behaved as if I didn't have the USB key to unlock output despite it being plugged in. The key worked on another computer but I can't get it to work on my laptop. In device manager it says "The Drivers for this device are not installed (Code 28)." I've tried updating windows, repairing and reinstalling eos but nothing I can think of has worked. Fortunately, I'm not in the middle of a show right now so it's not urgent but this is a weird issue and I've not encountered anything like it in 3 years of using nomad on various computers so I'd like to figure out what's going on rather than just not using that laptop for this.
