Copying a cell in Patch to an unused channel causes a Crash

While editing my Color Palettes, I've discovered...

In Patch:

[911.1][Copy to][912.1] causes EOS to crash if 912 has no data (ie, previously deleted).

Perhaps this scenario is uncommon, but I ran into it quickly while trying to move my By-Type Cells to more specific numbers.
