3.0.1 Slow in Blind on Mac

I'm finding 3.0.1 slow when in Blind on Mac. It's the command line thats slow and selecting channels, actions seem to be happening as quickly as normal.

I think it may have been the same in 3.0.

I'm running an extra USB-C monitor and running 2 OLE windows one on each screen.

I can send Mac spec's if needed.
