Anne - spoke to my rep about CEM+ software - he seems to think that we will need a software update to make the console and dimmers speak to each other. Will this be something that the end user can update, or will my rep have to do it?
While you can indeed DIY, we haven't put it on the website because there are a few ways an upgrade can go wrong, and unless you're one of the people who's very confident with Sensor+ it's usually best to do the upgrade while someone from tech support is on (or near) the phone, ready to help if required.
So get in touch and we'll sort out the best way to get you upgraded. The update file is a little under 4MB, so can usually be emailed.
Greg, please call tech serve in Madison. They can get you going. Or you can call the LA office, and have one of the guys there come down to help. Your choice!
