How can i get the same lights to repeatedly flash during a entire cue?

which console and which lights?

An element board with 2 rows of sliders, I have different kinds of lights but they stay a single color. They aren’t the lights that can change colors.

there are some lights that have a Shutter Strobe parameter. this will tell the lights to just keep doing that ontil you move the Shutter Strobe parameter to its home position.

if you're using lights that don't have this function you can use an Effect to have the console tell the light to be on and off and on and off and on and off.

Shutter is good.

You can also use a Dim-FX if the light is OK with this. (Don't Flash a 5kW incandescent ; )
