nomad gio dongle

hello i try to install driver on my laptop , win 10 , so i cant use my wing any idea , i try intall haspusersetup V 8.11 link on etc site

any idea my dongle isnt recognize

Drivers for the dongle should install as part of the installation of the Eos software itself. I would suggest you please call your local Technical Support to troubleshoot when you are able. www.etcconnect.com/.../Technical-Support.aspx
