ETCNomad not synchronizing to master.

Our theater uses an ETC Eos Ion console. The lighting designer and I, the sound engineer, recently connected a wireless router to "ETCNet" for remote access. We were able to successfully connect to the master console after turning off the router's ability to assign IP addresses. Using the iRFR Classic app on iOS, we are able to test lights in the catwalk, or anywhere for that matter, using our phones.

When we discovered that the ETCNomad software has a "Mirror" function, we were ecstatic. As the iOS app does not offer as much control as we would like. However, when I log onto the wireless network, just as I did on my phone, and try to connect using the "Mirror" function in the software. I get the following error:

Could someone please let me know why this might be happening, and any possible solutions.
