Arri Orbiter GelMode CTC Range Issue

There appears to be an issue with the Color Temperature attribute.
The technical data says it should have a range between 2000K and 20000K.
The console displays a range between 2800K and ends at 7200K - but it is moving through the entire CCT spectrum
It makes it difficult to accurately select a specific CT.
Is this something that can be fixed?
Any other suggestions?

Could you please clarify what version of Eos software you're using and what mode of the Arri Orbiter you're using? It would be especially helpful to post the About screen for one of these channel, with the "Fixture Notes":

There was a recent Library update for these - have you installed that?
