Update the console to 3.0.2. after that my Augment model was deleted

Hi,

last week I had updated my Eos Ti console to version 3.0.2. After that my model of the stage in Augment3d was totally deleted but just in my current showfile. So I was mergeing it from another showfile.

But what can be the problem?

Hi Jonathan,

What was the file extension of the file you opened after updating your console? If the file ends in esf2 this format does not contain model information. You need to save and open esf3d files to include the model.

To tack onto what Dan said, be sure to save your showfile as .esf3d prior to any software update so that the Augment3d model is stored.
