Bug: Moving Adresses in Patch doesn't move the first address

Question

Patch Channel 1 Thru 100 on addresses 1 thru 100. 
 Set Patch to Address Format. 
 Adress 1 Thru 100 Move To 101 will move 2 thru 100 correctly to 102 thru 200, but address 1 won't be copied to address 101.

This was fixed in 3.1.0 as part of EOS-52134.
