Cuelist Labels on EOS?

Hello! Well it looks like AIley is going the way of EOS after all. We are excited to embrace the repertory elements of this console. Can you confirm that you can custom label cuelists? This is extremely important when using it as a repertory desk. Any info you can provide would be briliant.

Hi Al-
I can confirm that yes, you can custom label cuelists. Very useful in a rep situation, without a doubt.
You can hit the Cue button twice to bring up an index of your cue lists (or access it via the browser, of course), and use the label key as normal.
This label appears on the Playback Status Display as well, so you know which list you are in.

I'm loving your Doctor Evil, While we're on the subject of PSD, can you tell us if, when and how the display will be customable (not sure if this is a real word...sorry)?

Chris.... which displays are you referring to? We do have plans for customization of the live/blind displays --- and are still discussing the playback status display. 10 out of 10 people have vastly different opinions about what information is most important on the playback status display and how it should be ordrered. So.... we are still pondering how to solve that one....

I was referring to Cuelist labels, personally i guess i'd like to be able to widen and narrow each column so i get more of what i want. Do you think its possible?

Hey Crispy - doable. Where all would you expect to see the Cue List label displayed? Clearly, the in the Cue List Index. Also, at the top of the Playback Status Display (referred to from now as the PSD .... because it takes a long time to type..... :). Also, can be displayed in the second view of the PSD on the playback section. In the smaller views of the playbacks, such as just above the load buttons.... gets a little trickier, especially if the label is of an indeterminate length.

Thoughts?

Hey Anne,
What were you drinking when you wrote that reply...and is there any left, wink wink.
Labelling the cues lists will be very useful so thats marvellous.
However, on the PSD, will you be able to vary the width of the timing, flags, attribute and Label columns?

Sadly, no. At least I don't think so! If I had to guess, I was in a hurry! You can label the cue lists. So the question is.... where all would you want to see that? There isn't really enough space above the faders. If you go to the second PSD format (the timeline view), the labels for cue lists are displayed there.

At some point you will be able to vary the width of the fields in the PSD. Not sure when yet.
