How do I program a random CMY color chase for VL1000's without going through white?

I would like to write a random color chase for 14 VL1000's but would like to keep the colors saturated so that they do not go through white. Is there a way to do this?  Thanks.

  • This isn't a true random chase but may be an acceptable workaround:

Create a new effect, type Color.  Under the blue circle select Edit, then Clear.  Now click as many points as you want, back and forth close to the Hue axis.  Then, by adjusting Scale,  you can send the color to many points around the Hue spectrum with little change in Saturation.

    Good luck, B
