Same channel effects

2 effects using color and intensity / same channels-different order selection / eg 3 color force 72's (12 cell ) / 1 effect is right to left + color / 2nd effect running left to right + color /using 2 subs / have tried - by type preset effects / this results in one effect working - 2nd effect working but overriding color of 1st effect - reinstating first effect that puts in first effect but changes color in 2nd effect to default / presets in absolute with patched channels where color overrides both effects /tried color palettes and intensity in effects with same result / Is there a way using same group of channels to output 2 different effects with color and intensity without one overriding the other?

  • each parameter can only be controlled by one effect at any given time. there is an exception for intensities if the effects come from different sources.

usual workaround for multiple color effects would be to have one as parameter effect (like you have now) and the other "effect" generated from pixelmaps. this works quite well for two different effects (think slow color change plus white accents in between), probably not so much with two symmetrical effects.
