Adding follows and delays to a cue list to match audio timing.
I can delay a cue 0:00.28
I cannot make a follow of 2:06.28
So I have to assign the follow a time of 2:06
and then assign the delay in the cue to follow, 0:00.28
Either way I can achieve the desired timing, but it is a bit cumbersome.
