Hi,
I just recently upgraded my ETC GIO board from 2.3.1 to 3.0.1 software. Everything went fine except for our VELLO LED's. They are no longer working with the board. They are still patched in fine and when I try to control them through the board, the board shows updates, however when looking at the lights themselves, they don't respond to any of the boards commands. So no intensity, no movement, no color.
Could anyone help with this? Do I need to make a fixture upgrade as well? Any other tips? We have MARTINS and those work fine...it's just these VELLO LED's.
