EOS 3.1 All Fixture parameters disappeared

Hello. We installed the EOS 3.1 version, then installed the fixture library build 25 and all the parameters of the fixtures disappeared, if you go to the fixture editor and select, for example, LED Par, then there will be no parameters such as Intensity, Red, Green, Blue, HUE and so on, while the fixture occupies the number of DMX addresses it should have.

How can this be fixed ?
I apologize for the confusing description, I will take a photo in the near future.

P.S. When we change to EOS version 2.9 everything works fine

  • you should never installa fixture library that doesn't match your software version. 3.0.2.x fixture libraries don't work with 3.1.0 software. that's also explained in the fixture libraries pdf. this isn't specific to 3.1.0, it's been the same in the past.

    to remedy your situation you will have to re-install the software, this time resisting the temptation to install a fixture library update.
