Eos 3.1 BUG: Clearing Any Targets Dumps All Imported Magic Sheet Assets

Question

If any targets are cleared via Clear > Clear Targets, all imported Magic Sheets assets are dumped. 
 Tested on MacOS Monterey and Windows 10. 
 Eos 3.1.0.282
