Bug report 3.1. No fixtures in patch

Installed EOS v 3.1 doesn't have any fixtures in patch.

What I tried:

1. Uninstall everything and install back v 2.9. Works fine

2. Uninstall everything and install v 3.1. Update fixtures library v 3.0.2. No fixtures in patch

V 3.1 updated from v 3.0.

This is the problem. That library update isn't for v3.1.0 so it's choking on it. You will need to install v3.0.2 and then install v3.1.0...and then don't install the fixture library patch on top of that. You will be up to date with v3.1.0 on libraries.
