We've purchased an EOS system, Nomad Puck, programming wing and fader wing and are upgrading from an Express 48/96. Our current show closes on the 23rd of Dec so no changes until then.
We're eager to get going on this, are we able to assemble the system, power it up, and starting configuring (not patching) without the DMX512 input? Just to get familiar, get registration and any configuration we can do ahead of time. Once the current show closes, we have about 10 working days to get the new board up and running. If not, we plug DMX back into the Express and wait for the next break between shows.
