On hold for tech support currently. Upgraded my Ion 3.1, went fine. Same USB stick goes into my Ti, gets to the first set of loading screens, gets to 17%, then says shutting down, all screens go dark, back lights on most of the desk buttons stay on but nothing is happening. Power button has stayed lit the entire time. Desk has been disconnected from network the entire time. What would you do?
