I'm in the process of learning the smaller functions with movers, and I was trying to look through my options in preparation for a show. I've got two movers, but something in ML Controls has made one of them turn off whenever moving. I only need still spots for this show but I'm going to need to figure it out before my next one. I'm running the latest version of ETCNomad I believe the movers in question are the Focus Spot Three Z, from ADJ.
In Eos v3.1 (and maybe 3.0.x), there is a Parameter called "Position Blink" that manages this feature. 
Based on this chart from the user manual (https://d295jznhem2tn9.cloudfront.net/ItemRelatedFiles/8905/focus_spot_three_z.pdf ), you should be able to leave this parameter at 0 or set it to 100% / 255 for it to do "nothing" - that is, not blink off while moving:
