I'm suddenly having a problem with Nomad crashing constantly on my computer. I'm using a showfile generated on an ION running EOS v2.9, and have tried both V2.9 and 3.1 with no success on my machine. I'm using a 2018 Intel Macbook Pro. The problem first surfaced when I was running Big Sur. I installed the latest OS just in case, but that didn't help either. I've never had trouble running EOS before, but now if I select more than a few lights I get the spinning disk and then crash. I'm in tech currently, so it's a particularly terrible time for this to happen. Ueli suggested including logs. I'm not sure where those are but I'm happy to take a look. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Logs would be very helpful. Here is information on how to retrieve them: support.etcconnect.com/.../Retrieving_or_Saving_Log_Files_from_Eos_Family_Consoles
Here is the log from today.ETC_Logs_Mac_Offline_01142022_001458.zip
Thank you. We will take a look and get back to you as soon as we are able.
Hello Brandon Wardell we've had a look at the logs and the hang/crash appears connected to OSC. First, have you tried fully rebooting your computer? Second, if you're not intentionally using OSC, you can disable it in Browser > Setup > Settings > Shoe Control And see if that helps.
