Faderwing got stuck in bootloadermode after update

I updated our Gio to the latest softwareversion and after that, I had to update the faderwings too.

Something went wrong and now it got stuck in bootloadermode. It's a motorized fader wing 2x5. Does someone know what I can do, except calling the Support?

after updating did you disconnect the power of the wing as instructed?

yes I did, but I guess it was too early, and that I caused the problem by myself

So the plan would be to do exactly that, or adapt it to the firmware for the faderwing? I'm asking, because, for the faderwing is no option to choose
