Clicking "Make Copy as Cell" closes this window, and does not insert a newly created cell, and gives no feedback to the user.
I found that it does indeed make a copy as a cell, but I then have to reopen this window, and select the new copy from the list of cells in the show. This is a very confusing workflow. It should instead just insert the newly created cell right away.
