A question about Update Dialog Window

your update dialog is set to Make Absolute

no, it is set to ref only. Or is there something i need to change in settings?

after you set the channel to the preset, did you home pan/Tilt before setting them to the new values?

No, I directly start manipulating pan/tilt, then there is a red R. When the preset is adjusted I hit update and nothing is showing im the dialog window. Do I need to home the values?

It is only working when sitting in a cue. 

no, homing would get rid of the reference (the red R) and could have been a reason why the preset doesn't show up in the update dialog

yes, that makes sense to me. But anyway i didn‘t home the values. 

So it is not possible to get a update dialog window from a modified preset?
