Bug report: recalling shutters from another shutter recalls different values even when "from absolute"

I have a macro that will flip shutters 2 and 4 to the opposite shutter. It copies the shutters of the target channel to an unpatched channel, then recalls them back in a different order. To find where it was going wrong I ran the steps of the macro by hand.

for example. Ch 1 is the target Ch 5 is unpatched.

Ch 1 Frame Thrust A Recall from 5 Frame Thrust A (this part works perfectly)
Ch 1 Frame Thrust B Recall from 5 Frame Thrust D (this seems to take about half the shutter value)
If I recall Frame Thrust B from Frame Thrust B the result is as intended.

I definitely think it's something to do with recalling from a different fixture type, my unpatched channel has shutter thrust 200% because they are full curtain/ full travel shutters in that type.

The odd part and what seems like a bug is that it only really manifests when recalling a shutter from a *different* shutter. When I recall one shutter from the same shutter letter but in a different light, it doesn't happen. That's the part that seems like a bug.
