Nomad Puck output lags for 20 seconds after boot up

There could be several reasons this is happening.  Does this happen only from a cold start up, or does it take 20 seconds for lights to output even if you just exit to the shell/Welcome Screen, then hit Primary again?

If that's the case, you may be able to resolve it using the steps in this article: Console Does not Output Until Exit to Shell and Back to Primary - Electronic Theatre Controls Inc

You could also save logs and attach them here to the forum or email to eos @ etcconnect.com for us to examine.

Thanks Matt. I'm offsite now, but since it didn't appear to be affecting the live show, we left it with the crew as a known issue. I may get another chance to go back and troubleshoot again in a few months, and I'll get back to you with some more details.

For the record, the client requested we put the Nomad and Net3 Gateway on their existing network because they want the capability to do some show control synchronizing with their other equipment in the future. So there is a chance there is an issue with the settings on their switch.  We did confirm that there are no IP conflicts.
